Our Programs

From parcels to permanence.

Our poverty relief work crosses two timescales: immediate humanitarian response when communities are in crisis, and long-term, ongoing support that addresses root causes alongside local stakeholders.

Mthatha Floods Response

In June 2025, the foundation mobilized a large-scale humanitarian response to the catastrophic floods that struck Mthatha and surrounding areas. We delivered emergency food parcels, hygiene essentials, warm blankets and clothing — reaching orphaned children, child-headed households and the elderly.

KZN Floods Response

In April 2022, days of heavy rain across KwaZulu-Natal led to deadly floods. 435 people died across the province and thousands of homes were damaged or destroyed. The foundation mobilized emergency relief in coordination with local stakeholders.
